I believe you are aware that ISO standards are critical in today’s business environment as resources for developing regulations and systems particularly in the service delivery aspect” said by BHC’s Chief Executive Officer Mr. Reginald Motswaiso as the Corporation was presented with the BOS ISO 9001:2015 certification February 18th, 2021.

The Corporation embarked on a journey to secure BOBS ISO 9001-2015 certification project from the financial year 2018/19 and finally achieved the status in 2020/21. BHC applied for certification in December 2019 and were approved for certification in December 2020 after having successfully gone through the two (2) stage auditing process and a follow-up audit which led to the recommendation and approval of this certification. 
When giving remarks at handover ceremony,  BOBS Acting Managing Director Mr. Botsile Kebapetse said BHC has taken the right direction of implementing the best practice (QMS) that will give its customers and stakeholders the muchneeded confidence in your service delivery. He went on to say that BOBS will continue to monitor the Corporation's conformance to the requirements of the standard through surveillance audits and as a BOS ISO 9001 certified organization.

BHC will now enjoy the privilege of flying the BOS ISO 9001 certification flag at its premises covered under the scope of this certification, as well as to use the BOBS certification logo on your publicity and advertising material for promotional purposes. 
In conclusion the Chief Executive Officer of BHC Mr. Reginald Motswaiso said It should be noted that the Corporation in general strives for efficiency and effectiveness overall which is the ultimate and primary goal. He further said that while celebrating this achievement it did not come easy and it required a lot of dedication, commitment and devotion from all employees including top management.
