The Department is responsible for the Corporation's Public Relations, Brand Management, Customer Care, Marketing Communications, Research and Development, and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
It is responsible for enhancing our stakeholder (external and internal) engagement and interactions through tenants and other stakeholder meetings, media releases, interviews and conferences and other communication processes.
It also ensures that Corporate Brand and Values are well placed before the stakeholders through promotion of the BHC products and services and by ensuring that the employees walk the talk in living our values of Excellence, Innovation, Teamwork, Transparency and Social Responsibility.
Simply put, they are the ears and eyes of the organisation on the ground.
