The operation of the Corporation commenced in 1972 with the acquisition of 1,571 houses from government to the tune of P6.5 million. The Corporation has developed large estates in the country, with the majority in the cities of Gaborone and Francistown. The estate includes flats, townhouses and a balance mix of high, medium and low income houses.
